Rooms were dirty, uncomfortable, and had unpleasant smells. Poor maintenance with cracked shower bases, peeling wallpaper, and damaged plugs.

During my Christmas visit, I immensely enjoyed the excellent location of this hotel. It was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The hotel staff were polite and welcoming, and they offered us a complimentary welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent throughout the hotel premises.
